  • Preparation - We will send you a confirmation of your submission and session with some additional details and what to prepare before your session

  • Deliverables - We will send you your audit package within 7 days after you submit the request.

      • Video audit

      • Recommendation report (includes step by step action items to complete)

      • Client portal access

      • Session recording (24-48 hours after our live session)

      • Resource of your choice

  • Two-on-one Session - We will meet with you for our live 90 minute strategy session to review your audit report and support you with any questions or clarifications

  • Email Support - Get 1 week of email support after your session for any questions, clarifications, and tech support while you work on implementation.

We want to ensure that we can fully support you. Please take either a video (no sound required) or screenshots of each section of your Settings. To access these follow these instructions:

  • Hover over the image on the top right corner of your dashboard

  • Click on settings

  • Select each tab and take a screenshot or video of the full page.

This will help us to provide feedback on the setting and areas that we don't have access too.

Add [email protected] to your workspace. Follow the instructions below to complete this step:

  1. Go to your settings

  2. Scroll down and select "Workspace Members"

  3. Click the Blue button "INVITE"

  4. Enter the email address ([email protected])

  5. Select the three dots on the righthand side and select "Admin"

Once the audit is completed, you will be able to remove us from your account.

Does it make sense to do a session if I'm on the free scheduler account?

A Step Into Success session can absolutely help you if you're on a free plan. If you are on a budget and not quite ready to invest in the Step Into Success sessions, we also have some free and low priced offers for Calendly specifically. You can check them out here.

What is your refund policy?

Because this is a service that we are providing, we spend a lot of time preparing for your session. This is non-refundable. We do review on a case-by-case basis, if you would like to contact us regarding a refund request, please complete your request here.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You may reschedule your session up to 2 times providing you allow us at least 24 hours notice. If you miss your session with no previous notice, there are no refunds or rescheduling allowed. Note: We do review on a case-by-case basis. You can fill out this form to request that we review your inquiry.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! You can select the best payment plan for your business and budget when you schedule your session. Please note that it must be paid in full before the session date.
