These Terms govern our System Audit and Turnkey Support services, provided by Virtual Assistant Growth Hub. Each service is customized to client requirements and includes deliverables specified during the project agreement phase.

Fees and Payments

Full payment or a deposit, as agreed, is required to initiate services. A prompt for the applicable service fee will be shown upon form completion. All payments are non-refundable once services commence.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information during the audit and setup processes. Timely feedback is essential to meet project deadlines.

Confidentiality

All information shared during the audit and setup phases will remain confidential and will not be shared without client consent.

Liability

We are dedicated to quality and reliability; however, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from our services.

Completion and Follow-Up

Upon project completion, clients will receive any agreed-upon documentation, tutorials, or support resources. A seven-day email support period is provided post-project for questions or minor adjustments. We only collect data that helps us achieve the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. We will not collect any additional data beyond the data listed below without notifying you first.
