Does it make sense to do a session if I'm on the free Canva account?

A Step Into Success session can absolutely help you if you're on a free plan. If you are on a budget and not quite ready to invest in the Step Into Success sessions, we also have some free and low priced offers for Canva specifically. You can check them out here.

What is your refund policy?

Because this is a service that we are providing, we spend a lot of time preparing for your session. This is non-refundable. We do review on a case-by-case basis, if you would like to contact us regarding a refund request, please complete your request here.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

You may reschedule your session up to 2 times providing you allow us at least 24 hours notice. If you miss your session with no previous notice, there are no refunds or rescheduling allowed. Note: We do review on a case-by-case basis. You can fill out this form to request that we review your inquiry.

Do you offer payment plans?

Absolutely! If you are interested in payment plans instead of paying in full, we have options here. Please note that it must be paid in full before the session date.
